Winter Season Policy

I know this may seem really strict, and it may deter many from booking during the holiday season but I would rather have a somewhat empty calendar than a calendar that seems full but will actually shake out to be very stressful, broke, and empty in the end. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and I hope you enjoy the coming cozy months!!

Winter Season Policy

My Winter Season Policy is active during Nov 15th through Jan 10th

The last couple years I have had a really large percentage of cancellations and no-shows during the holiday seasons and it caused a lot of stress for me and so this policy is a reaction to that. I believe this will reduce stress in both of our lives in the end!

Instead of a deposit:

Your appointment must be fully pre-paid and the payment will be non-refundable.

Non - refundable:

Non-refundable, during this period, means that if you reschedule with less than 10 days of notice, or you cancel, or no-call-no-show, you will forfeit that pre-payment.

If you reschedule 10 days or more in advance I will be happy to forward your pre-payment on to your new appointment but there will be a $120 deposit added onto it which will be returned to you on the day of your new appointment when you show up.

Due to the pre-payment policy:

Tattoo appointments will be flat-rated by me. I will iron all the details with you, as far as sizing and placement so that I can make this possible.

For customs:

I will have some grace for situations where the design was not satisfactory, but the details of that will depend on many factors from situation to situation.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT MEAN I WANT YOU TO COME INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK!!

However I will not consider it an exception to the reschedule policy if it is due to illness.

I will also ask that everyone wear masks during this time and practice extra precautions leading up to your appointment to avoid any flus or bugs.
